Alan Osetek
President
Alan Osetek is the President of Resolution Media and oversees the growth and expansion of the brand in the U.S. A digital industry veteran, prior to joining Resolution Media, Osetek was the Managing Director for iProspect’s Boston office, responsible for overseeing all activities for iProspects east coast operations. Prior to joining iProspect in 2008, Osetek served as Chief Revenue Officer for Visual IQ. While there, he was responsible for the firm’s sales, marketing, and revenue generating activities working with clients such as Sirius/XM Radio, Liberty Mutual, Microsoft, and CVS Pharmacy.
Previous to Visual IQ, Osetek had been a part of the Aegis PLC/Isobar family of companies since 2001 where he most recently held the position of Executive Vice President for Isobar/Carat. There his responsibilities included global business development, corporate development, cross unit integration, and global client services. Prior to the global business development and client services role, Osetek was responsible for organically building or acquiring new service offerings for the Isobar network including CRM, search engine marketing, affiliate marketing and Web development capabilities. He spearheaded the acquisition and integration of two digital marketing firms: Molecular and iProspect. Prior to joining Isobar, Osetek was President/Founder of the digital marketing agency, Vizium. In 2001, he successfully sold the firm to Aegis PLC.
Osetek is an Economics graduate of Skidmore College and received his Master degree in Business from Babson College.

Bill Neblock
Chief Financial Officer
Bill Neblock oversees Resolution Media’s financial operations and leads strategic initiatives focused on enterprise integration and process improvement. Neblock is also CFO at Accuen Media, Omnicom Media Group’s Trading Desk, and is focused on efforts to grow the combined digital media business.
Neblock joins Resolution Media from TRAVELCLICK, a provider of technology and media services for the hospitality industry. In that capacity he led the company’s international accounting teams and led projects that included implementation of SOX compliance programs and processes as well as selection and implementation of enterprise financial software. Additionally, Neblock was responsible for developing processes and systems to support TRAVELCLICK’s online and travel agent media businesses.
Prior to TRAVELCLICK, Neblock was the Corporate Controller at Flexi-mat, where he led growth and process improvement initiatives ranging from supply chain optimization to product branding. Bill began his career at Deloitte, where gained over seven years of analytical, audit, financial and managerial experience across numerous industries in both the public and private sector.
Neblock graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a C.P.A. Bill lives in Chicago’s western suburbs with his wife Gabriela, their daughter, Hayley and son, Connor.
Jeff Campbell
Vice President
Senior Account Director
Jeff Campbell has been with the Resolution Media since its foundation in 2003, immersing himself in nearly all aspects of the company’s operations. Currently, he oversees the online marketing and SEO solutions for the retail vertical and is focused on strategy development, media integration, measuring online to offline sales impact and web analytics. In addition to his work at Resolution Media, Campbell created and oversees the Search Engine Marketing curriculum at the University of Chicago.
Prior to Resolution Media, Campbell was with Mosaic Data Solutions, a direct marketing agency in Evanston, IL. He co-founded their Paid Search offering and managed several Fortune 500 campaigns.
Campbell gained traditional marketing experience with Sprint PCS Business Development where he worked to launch new products and was involved in all aspects of marketing planning, including pricing strategy, product development, retail distribution, advertising and promotional strategy.
Campbell graduated from Drake University with honors and dual majors in Marketing and Management. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, two children, and their pug, Oliver. He spends his free time camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, photographing and reviewing inexpensive wines.
Viji Davis

Marketing
Viji Davis is the Vice President of Marketing at Resolution Media. As RM’s brand steward, she leads the Marketing Team is responsible for brand strategy, corporate brand identity and ensuring all of RM’s innovative products and services are well covered in the marketplace. Throughout her tenure, Davis has had the opportunity to work on many brands in a variety of verticals, including Bank of America, Lowe’s, HP, Leapfrog, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Briggs and Stratton. She has been responsible for overarching strategy and planning for many RM clients and will continue digital strategic oversight on Briggs and Stratton and Norwegian Cruise lines. In her present role, she will apply her digital knowledge to further RM’s brand in the marketplace.
Prior to joining Resolution Media, Davis was a global lead for Hewlet Packard’s B2B and B2C global marketing accounts, where she developed a deep understanding of the global search landscape. She also worked with several large retailers, including Neiman Marcus and Frontgate on the affiliate side of the business.
Davis also garnered extensive offline marketing experience at Alpha thought Global, where she was responsible for uniting six disparate brands under one newly formed parent company. To achieve this, Davis developed a go-to-market strategy and plan. With a passion for teaching and collaboration, Davis is a frequent speaker at industry events. Most recently, she spoke at IMS Summit and WOMMA.
Davis holds an Economics degree from the University of Illinois. She lives in Chicago with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, art and anything to do with her daughter.
Gerry Bavaro

Gerry Bavaro oversees management and integration of paid search and SEO with sister agency, OMD. Previously, Bavaro was General Manager of Search Marketing at MediaWhiz, a leading performance marketing company where he oversaw the development and growth of search marketing services.
From 2004-2009, Bavaro was Executive Vice President at Didit. During his tenure, he was responsible for the growth of Didit's operations from technology provider to leading search engine marketing agency which solidified long-term relationships with clients such as J Jill, Brookstone, New York & Company, and a host of other major brands. Additionally, he led management of Didit’s Blizzard product, a real-time bidding platform for exchange-based display media. Previous to Didit, Bavaro was an Account Director at Agency.com for over four years where he led interactive strategy and website development projects for Fortune 500 clients including British Airways, Blue Cross & Blue Shield and MetLife. Bavaro began his career as a New York-based marketing representative for social/guerrilla marketing pioneer A.D.D. Marketing where he oversaw campaigns targeting the youth market for Sony PlayStation and up and coming music artists.
Bavaro is a frequent writer and speaker in the search engine marketing industry and has been featured often in MediaPost, DM News, Internet Retailer, Marketing Sherpa and across blogs and on panels at leading industry events including the Search Insider Summit, PubCon, and DPAC. Bavaro received his BBA in marketing from Hofstra University, is an avid snowboarder in his spare time, and resides in Long Beach, Long Island with his wife and daughter.
Bryson Meunier

Bryson Meunier is the Director of Content Solutions at Resolution Media and a primary architect of Resolution Media’s natural search product and ClearTarget Digital Behavior Analysis. He currently works with the content team to help drive SEO strategy and execution for Resolution Media clients, and to help them adopt emerging technologies when they are relevant to their business. Bryson has had the opportunity to help some of the world’s top brands achieve success in mobile marketing, social media and SEO, including Lowe’s, Briggs & Stratton, Apple, FedEx, Groupon and others.
Meunier is a pioneer in understanding how mobility changes search engine optimization and is a recognized expert in mobile SEO. Meunier has been a featured speaker at SMX Advanced, SMX Local & Mobile, SMX West and Search Engine Strategies Chicago, Digiday Mobile, Mobile Web and Apps World Forum, a moderator for Mobile Monday NY, and a published author of articles for publications like Search Engine Land, DM News, Search Marketing Standard, Visibility Magazine, and others. He currently writes a monthly column in Search Engine Land as part of their Mobile Monday series and is writing a book on Mobile SEO.
Prior to joining Resolution Media in 2005, Meunier started his marketing career at Walgreens.com, where he spent three years as a web copywriter, and two years managing various paid and natural search campaigns for Walgreens and their vendors. Meunier holds a BA in English from The Ohio State University, where he graduated summa cum laude with distinction in English. He lives in Chicago with his wife, Jennifer, and their son, Casey. When not working, he enjoys genealogy research, vinyl records and digital music and being a doomed fan of Cleveland sports teams and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Erica Barth
Vice President
Products and Partnerships
Erica Barth is Vice President of Products and Partnerships for Resolution Media, Omnicom’s (NYSE:OMC) search agency. She is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the firm’s existing service offering and partnerships. In this role, Barth focuses on practice development across both the Advertising and Content Solutions teams to strengthen service delivery, as well as evaluating technology and digital media partners to drive future product development.
In her tenure at Resolution Media, she has supported clients’ paid search and search engine optimization programs across many industries, including Lowe’s Home Improvement, Mercedes-Benz, Moen, Albertsons and more, as well as various campaign objectives. In that time, she has also gained deep experience with a variety of bid management and web analytics technology platforms.
Before joining Resolution Media, Barth served as Marketing Manager for SIRVA, Inc., a relocation services company. In this role she led a variety of online marketing strategies, including corporate Web site redesigns, search engine optimization, email marketing and online seminars. She also supported the B2B sales team, managed corporate client conferences and events, and executed marketing plans for various business channels.
Barth holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing and International Business from Penn State University with a minor in French.
Harmon Lyons

Business Development and Client Services
Harmon Lyons is the Vice President of Business Development and Client Services for Resolution Media. Lyons and his team help marketers understand and improve their digital marketing through Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social, Mobile and Display advertising.
A fourteen year veteran of the online media industry, he has led and mentored teams representing all forms of digital advertising from Search to Gaming.
Most recently Lyons was with Electronic Arts (EA) running their Global Media Business in the Central Region. Prior to EA he spent over 10 years at Microsoft, where he was recognized with several awards for outstanding performance for his work in client services, sales, and sales leadership.
Lyons has collaborated with leading organizations to drive highly innovative and strategic marketing platforms and solutions. He is a strong industry advocate and leader for both the art and science of digital marketing; providing thought leadership and council to the interactive advertising community.
Lyons holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s College of Business. He resides in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife and two sons.
Heather Molina
Director, RM/PHD and Canada
Heather Molina is the Director of Resolution Media’s PHD and Canada teams. Her responsibilities include overseeing and managing the efficiencies between both teams and developing and implementing client strategies. Prior to joining Resolution Media, Heather was the Vice President at Outrider/GroupM Canada Search in Toronto, responsible for managing the organic search and social media marketing products, new business growth, marketing initiatives, as well as the agency’s day-to-day operations.
Previous to GroupM, Molina managed the search team within Cheapflights.com, increasing the profitability of both the paid search spend and organic search efforts while significantly growing traffic to the site year over year.
Before arriving at Cheapflights.com, Molina spent a few years within the Isobar network. First with iProspect, as an Algorithmic Team Lead focused on SEO initiatives for clients; which included GSK, Kayak, Ford, Marriott and MSN. After iProspect, Molina built the organic search product at Carat, servicing AOL’s network.
Prior to entering the search world, Molina worked as a Project Manager at Martha Stewart Omnimedia’s ecommerce division and in public relations at Middleburg Euro.
Molina is a graduate from the University of Arizona with Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Bachelor of Media Arts in Media Arts.
