Position: Account Coordinator

Resolution Media, a leading Search Marketing agency with offices in Chicago, New York and San Francisco is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Search Marketing Account Coordinator.

Reporting to an Account Supervisor, this person will be responsible for supporting ongoing client relationships that are lead by the Account Supervisor. Additionally this person will be responsible for supporting the Account Supervisor in research, client deliverable creation, and task/communication organization.

Clients turn to the agency for superior account management, deep insights, flawless execution and continual management of their search marketing campaigns. In a support role this person will wear many hats. However the Account Coordinator will focus on learning the search industry, developing business acumen, and gaining exposure to client strategies and what it takes to meet and exceed goals.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide daily support of account management, including preparation for contact via phone, email and/or direct with clients, program, production & management teams
  • Aid in the development, management and coordination of campaign strategies for multiple clients at once
  • Coordinate the necessary resources for presenting and communicating campaign strategies and reporting results to clients
  • Act as a support liaison between clients, project team and management to ensure flawless communications and program execution
  • Develop an ongoing relationship with clients and aid in cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Help set specific campaign ROI/Budget goals with project & production teams
  • Analyze ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals
  • Continuously recommend ideas/tactics to account lead for campaign optimization
  • Complete contractual documents for internal processing
  • Perform various other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising or communications and 1+ years of work experience in an account management or account support role focused on delivering and optimizing search marketing and/or other interactive advertising campaigns.

This person will also:

  • Be a proactive self-starter
  • Possess general knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategies
  • Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills
  • Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
