Position: Production Supervisor

Resolution Media, a leading Search Marketing agency with offices in Chicago, New York and San Francisco is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Search Marketing Production Supervisor.

Reporting to an Associate Director, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing Production Specialists or Coordinators to ensure that Paid and Natural Search deliverables and initiatives are presented on time and of a high quality. This position will work closely with the Account Strategy, the Program Management and the Client Strategy & Development teams.

Production Supervisors will ensure that search marketing deliverables and initiatives are tasked properly and are completed as scheduled with a high standard of quality. A successful Production Supervisor will have great attention to detail and be able to take complete ownership of the process of getting tasks completed and managing the resources of their team.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

As supervisor of a production pod of 2-4 people:

  • Demonstrates understanding of and ability to facilitate and manage completion of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and/or Natural Search Optimization (SEO) campaign deliverables and plans
  • Possesses deep understanding of industry technology to enable troubleshooting technology launches and other ad hoc issues
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate across departments on production requirements and is able to adeptly translate those requirements into an action plan for a production team or individual
  • Displays organizational and leadership capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of production deliverables through supervision of Production Specialists and Coordinators
  • Exhibits prioritization and time management skills necessary to effectively allocate resources across multiple clients, multiple projects and multiple employees to meet required deadlines and execution plan objectives
  • Displays basic leadership and management capabilities necessary to motivate and develop a team.
  • Displays acute attention to detail necessary to conduct quality assure work products of this individuals team
  • Demonstrates holistic understanding of project execution plans and the interaction of various service offerings
  • Performs various duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising or communications, MIS or stats and have 3+ years of work experience managing, developing, delivering and optimizing search marketing and/or other interactive advertising campaigns.
