Position: Program Coordinator

Resolution Media a leading Search Marketing agency with offices in Chicago, New York and San Francisco is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Search Marketing Program Coordinator.

Reporting to a Program Supervisor, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for various pieces of the campaign development, set-up, management, and reporting of our clients’ paid and natural search marketing campaigns. This is the "training ground" to learn and master search marketing, reporting and analysis, with a primarily training focus for the first 3 months and a growing opportunity to work on several major online marketing campaigns over the first year.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Client/Internal Reporting (40 - 50%)
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly results reporting
  • Specific testing and report analysis
  • Ad-Hoc client requests
  • Provide analysis and insight based on data
  • Campaign Development (40%, increasing over time)
  • Coordinate with team members to develop campaign plans and strategies
  • Develop, monitor and optimize keyword lists
  • Write client creative
  • Execute paid listing submissions
  • Assess and suggest appropriate landing pages
  • Perform client and industry research
  • Develop and monitor bid strategies
  • Campaign Management/Optimization (10-20%, increasing over time)
  • Coordinate with team members to develop and manage various reports, analyses and client updates
  • Manage campaigns to specific ROI/Budget goals
  • Identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals
  • Software Usage
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products
  • Solid Excel/spreadsheet capabilities
  • Knowledge of campaign tracking software a plus, but not required

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications and have 1+ years of work/internship experience.

  • Possess general knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategies
