Resolution Media, a leading Searching Marketing agency with offices in Chicago, New York and San Francisco is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Search Marketing Program Manager.
Reporting to a Program Supervisor, the Program Manager will be responsible for managing client deliverables, ensuring that a campaign meets its goals, and will be responsible for leading the strategy for all campaign optimizations. This position will work closely with the Account Strategy, the Production and the Client Strategy & Development teams.
Program Managers will ensure that projects are tasked properly and are completed as scheduled. A successful Program Manager will have great attention to detail and be able to take complete ownership of the process of getting tasks completed.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrates deep understanding of client goals in order to act as Program Management lead on multiple projects, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns
- Develops launch plans for new and expanding campaigns, including setting the initial bid and rank strategy
- Forecasts campaign performance taking into consideration past performance and future goals
- Estimates and manages campaign budgets across all Search engines
- Manages the relationship between the Search Engines and the Account
- Identifies expansion opportunities in existing channels or for existing campaigns and communicates to Account Strategy and Client Strategy & Development teams
- Possesses well developed analytical ability to extract insight from data, identify relevant trends and impacts, and develop detailed campaign execution and optimization plans
- Communicates in-depth analysis of the campaign metrics through weekly/monthly report write-ups
- Develops, manages and coordinates campaign projects for multiple clients at once
- Displays advanced Program Management and organizational skills in order to set 90 day execution plan to achieve key metrics (KPI's)
- Exhibits solid communication skills in order to coordinate with clients and Production and Account Strategy teams to ensure projects are on strategy and completed on time
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, MIS or stats and 3+ years of work experience managing programs focused on delivering and optimizing search marketing and/or other interactive advertising campaigns.
