Matt Spiegel
Founder
Matt Spiegel founded Resolution Media, an Omnicom Media Group Co., in 2003 and continues to help set the company’s vision and lead its growth plans. A veteran of digital media, Spiegel combines his unique knowledge of direct marketing and entrepreneurial skills to guide advancement and innovation for Resolution Media, its clients and the search industry as a whole. Spiegel is the CEO of Omnicom Media Group Digital and has global functional responsibility for digital across all OMG companies.
Prior to founding Resolution Media, Spiegel served as SVP, Data Products and later SVP, Search for Mosaic Data Solutions. In these roles, Spiegel developed product lines, directed sales teams, and held P&L responsibility for his divisions.
Previously, Spiegel served as VP, Direct Marketing Sales for L90. During his two year tenure with L90, Spiegel developed the product and sales strategy for L90's E-mail List Brokerage and Management offerings and continually traveled across the country to leading agencies and marketers presenting and selling L90's solutions. A frequent contributor to publications like Search Engine Watch, DM News, and AdAge, and a frequent speaker for industry associations/events such as, CIMA, CADM, SES Conferences, Spiegel regularly shares his insights and knowledge with the community. Spiegel also served as President of the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association (CIMA), a position he held from January 2005 to 2007.
Spiegel lives in Chicago with his wife Marnie and son, Leo. A fan of live music, Spiegel and his wife often travel the country to see their favorite musicians.

President
As President, Dave Gould continues to solidify Resolution Media’s leadership position within the search marketing industry. He also helps shape the firm’s search marketing strategy and integration services as the company expands both in number and geographically. A substantial amount of Gould’s efforts include aligning Resolution Media’s operations to deliver superior client service as well as overseeing core functions such as the financial planning process and Human Resources.
Most recently Gould was the Director of Strategic Sourcing for United Airlines where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce the worldwide airport operations cost structure associated with 3rd party service suppliers. In this role he worked closely with both United and 3rd party personnel to streamline airport operations, redefine service delivery requirements, and negotiate cost efficient service delivery contracts. Prior to this position at United, Gould worked with the airline's Mileage Plus direct marketing group and was instrumental in developing and applying lifetime value metrics associated with their global loyalty program. Gould started his tenure at United in the Financial Analysis group.
Prior to United, Gould worked as the Manager of Financial Analysis for OurHouse.com, an online home and hardware retailer based in Evanston, Il. Here he was involved in all financial aspects of the business including long term planning, budgeting, marketing ROI and sourcing.
Gould has extensive leadership and management experience having spent seven years as a Naval Officer. He also holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.

Vice President, Product Development & Innovation
Jeff Campbell has been with the company since its foundation in 2003 and leads the exploration, introduction, and execution of new product and service opportunities as well as enhancements to our current client offerings. Campbell's team consists of Product Specialists responsible for the successful growth of the four quadrants of our QueryMatrix through thought leadership, process innovation, employee development, industry expertise, and engine/technology relationship management. Campbell was previously the Director of Search Engine Marketing with Mosaic Data Solutions, a direct marketing agency in Evanston, IL and has been active in the industry since 2002.
Campbell gained traditional marketing experience with Sprint PCS Business Development, where he worked to launch new products in test market environments. He was involved in all aspects of marketing planning, including pricing strategy, product development, retail distribution, advertising and promotional strategy.
Campbell graduated from Drake University with a BS in Business Marketing and Management. He lives in Chicago with his wife Caroline and their pug Oliver, and spends his free time enjoying camping, hiking and all things outdoors.

Vice President, Business Intelligence
Eric Anderson is responsible for executing client strategies and helping drive the company’s overall Search Marketing Strategy. At Resolution Media, Anderson aims to improve analytical project management, team building and process improvement.
Prior to Resolution Media, Anderson served as Manager of Data & Analytics for Publications International, Ltd. During his tenure at Publications Intl, Anderson provided Analytical Marketing Consulting to their Internet Content Group and online direct-to-consumer channels for a variety of projects from consumer packaged goods to ad networks to online consumer behavior. Along with Anderson’s strong Search experience and analytics background, he brings knowledge from working with IRI, Anderson Consulting (now Accenture), Claria, as well as his own start up business.
Anderson holds an MBA from Loyola with a concentration in Marketing and Information Systems. Anderson lives in Chicago with his wife and three children and enjoys participating in triathlons in his free time.

VP, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships
Aaron Goldman manages corporate marketing as well as business development and client activation. In this role, he works with prospective clients to set top-line search strategy and create a customized service-offering to help meet their marketing goals. Goldman is also responsible for collaboration and integration with partner Omnicom agencies to deliver holistic search marketing solutions.
Prior to Resolution Media, Goldman was a Strategic Account Manager at MaxOnline (now Ask.com, a division of IAC). Throughout his four-plus years with MaxOnline, Goldman's various responsibilities included managing sales for the Midwest region and providing comprehensive interactive marketing solutions encompassing portal and network-based campaigns, site-specific sponsorships, e-mail marketing, lead generation, and search engine marketing. In this capacity, Goldman managed relationships with agencies and marketers while implementing online media programs for many Fortune 100 companies including Allstate, Bank of America, Dell, Disney, Ford, General Motors, JC Penney, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, SBC, Sears, The Home Depot, Verizon, Walgreens, among others.
Goldman currently serves on the executive board of directors for the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association (CIMA.) He has been published in DM News and has a regular column in MediaPost’s Search Insider. Goldman has also been a guest lecturer on the topic of online marketing for the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Goldman graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. He currently lives in Chicago with his wife Lisa, where they make the rounds on the local karaoke circuit.

Managing Director, Eastern Region
Lance Neuhauser strengthens and drives the development of client relationships in the Eastern Region of the U.S. His main focus is on the analysis and strategic development behind Resolution Media’s ongoing campaign execution and management of client Query Marketingem programs.
Prior to being part of the Resolution Media founding team, Neuhauser worked in a series of strategy and development roles where he helped launch new corporate divisions for both Mosaic Data Solutions & RCN. His background in both large and small corporate solutions development, promotional execution, direct marketing and sales, has allowed Neuhauser to build successful campaigns for a number of Fortune 500 and brand name companies.
Neuhauser currently serves on the board of directors for the Business Architects Association, is a certified Business Architect and member of the Business Marketing Association. He also served as an adjunct professor at The Stuart Graduate School of Business, where he taught Communication Strategies in a Digital Environment.
Neuhauser holds a BS in Advertising from the University of Illinois and an MBA with honors in e-Business from DePaul University. When he has spare time, he immerses himself in the New York music scene, but still roots for the White Sox.

Managing Director, Midwest & Western Regions
Michael Marchese focuses his efforts on developing and building client relationships in the Midwest & Western regions of the U.S. He helps drive the analysis and strategic development behind Resolution Media’s ongoing campaign execution and management of Query Marketingsm programs.
Before joining Resolution Media, Marchese served as Vice President of Media and later VP of Market Development for Leapfrog Online. In these roles, he directed the media organization, identified and developed new media distribution channels & media technologies, and advanced client media strategy. Marchese’s strong Search expertise coupled with his interactive marketing knowledge comes from extensive work at WebSiteStory as Director of Business Development as well as various management positions with technology companies and advertising agencies including CTG, JWT Specialized Communications and PilotStone Technologies.
An industry leader, Marchese has helped to shape standards and policy within the online advertising industry. He has served on various industry committees including SEMPO, IAB, and MMA and has spoken at various trade shows and industry events across the country.
Marchese lives in Chicago with his wife Elena. Travel enthusiasts, Marchese and his wife often travel abroad to immerse themselves in other cultures.
